Rescue Remedy chews seem to calm my senior dog down when fireworks happen or he's stressed about other things. They're easier to deal with than the liquid form and he likes the taste of them.

This is a great natural calming solution for my dog. She does not like her nails trimmed and has to be muzzled. I give her 3 of these and it just helps her relax a bit and not get so worked up . She is a 101 lb Rhodesian Ridgeback

These were recommended to me for one of my dogs because he looks like a tough guy (he’s a Sheprador) but he is terrified of the high winds we’ve had this winter and early spring. Per the weight chart with in a half hour he was calm and willing to be in his own instead of in top of me. I live in an area where there are a lot of fireworks so I plan to have them on hand for any adverse conditions.

Seems to work for my dog, calms him. Only issue is that he does not like the taste of the treat so I have to hide it in some peanut butter. He is really is not picky so I am surprised he does not like the taste!

You cannot return this as it’s considered food. I hate that my dog hated these and would not eat them at all. I couldn’t return it which made it worse. After I found out you could not return these, i covered them in canned dog food to get my dog to eat them, and they did not help with her anxiety at all. I have a small terrier schnauzer mix. She gets anxious about everything, and I saw no improvement at all with these.

My Fox terrier can be a handful. Always full of way too much energy. Suffers frim anxiety. These chews were a blessing for her and us. She is so much calmer. Looks forward to her one a day treat. She gets one due to her being on 17lbs. She lives the taste and looks forward to getting them. Car rides, fireworks, separation anxiety now a thing of the past. Definitely working for us.

I have a wonderful potato of a dog who at times gets overly excited or worked up while around other dogs or people. I heard great things from other pet owners about this product, but for us, it actually made our dog even more excitable. I don't think this is normal, I feel like we just have that one dog out of ten that it has an opposite effect on. Still worth giving it a try, as I have several dog friends who say it works for them.
