Excellent gluten-free sub for maida noodles!
[update - pleasantly surprised by the latest batch - came in one piece and did not break up while boiling or tossing in the wok! Pretty much zero difference vs maida noodles now and have updated review to 5 stars] These are surprisingly good - you cannot really make out these are jowar/gluten-free/eggless. Cook well and do not turn mushy, taste and texture are great too. Biggest issue is that they are really brittle when raw and tend to break up into pieces by the time you’ve cooked them, added the sauce and stir-fried them - that kind of kills the fun of eating noodles! As someone has mentioned - it’s like eating sevai/bhujia!

Healthy but very tasty
It is marvelous substitue to the curent unhealthy noodles found in the market. The jowar noodles have a subtle taste thus can be paired with any kind of base (pesto or tomato). Really tasty. It is healthy but it does take 10minutes to cook well.

Price on higher side. Wasting on plastic packing. Promoting organic, simultaneously spoiling environment by using plastic box which is of no use

Its just means just marvellous healthiest version. No doubt about that. Value for money,Ease of preparation,less cooking time,Texture quality quantity 4 persons can have if lots of veggies including onions if added for healtiest veg noodless point of view.

Healthy and Delicious
These are very healthy and delicious. It feels very nice to receive a product that is crafted with genuine care for people. Very often, the packet arrives though with the noodles in small broken pieces, which can feel disappointing after paying so much. So that is one suggestion for improvement.
