How to fixed to a wall?

There is detachable metal backplane with all the 'electrics' on. This is fixed with two screws and wall plugs. The ceramic fitting is then attached to this via two bolts on this plate which protrude through it and is secured to it with two chrome knurled nuts which are tightened by hand

I was satisfied with the quality of the electrics. I am sure they were safely insulated and wired.
