What’s the differences between hull-less barley and pearled barley?

Hulled barley grain is bigger and takes more time to cook than pearled barley but it is slightly chewy and, I think far tastier and has more fiber than pearled barley. It can be used for the same things that one uses pearled barley but is more delicious and healthier.

Rinse it, 1 part barley to 3 parts water, set it on brown rice setting and voila!

Definetly considered a whole grain because it has not been refined. It still contains the hull, which makes it great choice for a whole grain.
