This works well, fabric is very strong and can be washed and used several times.

I am very happy with these cloths. I have used them to strain yogurt and cottage cheese, and to line a banneton for sourdough. They are lightweight, but very sturdy. I hand wash them, and they air dry in minutes. I’m happy to recommend them.

There was time and thought put into mastering this cheesecloth, which arrived as a set of six. The seams are perfectly stitched, resulting in durability. The material is quality, almost like that of fine linen, yet easy so wash and reuse. This cheesecloth serves the purpose of contributing to the making cheese perfectly. It's such a joy to spend money and be this impressed!

These cloths worked well for making my family's Easter cheese recipe. There were no loose threads falling off the cloth getting into my food. They cloth was a nice weight and thickness too.

Super nice to use these over the lighter material cotton cheesecloth. These were extremely durable, so to the point that I was able to easily squeeze out an extra 3/4 cup of cherry juice from mashed cherries or normally I can't do that with the weaker mesh. I only needed one sheet to do a whole gallon worth of cherries and these cloth sheets are reusable! If you're going to make jelly or jam, you got to try these. Very happy with the outcome and quality and the price was spot on.

Absolutely perfect for my needs. I got it to strain my yogurt and it was so much easier to use and reuse than cheesecloth by the yard. Perfect squares 20”x20”. Beautifully hemmed on all 4 sides. The weight is heavy enough to make it easy to use and it did a great job for me releasing the greek style yogurt so I could spoon it into my mason jars 😊 Then quickly rinsed clean and I’m ready for the next batch. Also the price point is very comparable to unhemmed cheesecloth that I have to squeeze the yoghurt out of. I have six pieces and I am planning my next project… jam maybe. Very happy

I like this cheesecloth. Very high quality. Don't use more than one layer if you want to squeeze out liquids. I would wash it first before you use it. Can be reused over and over. Coming out of the plastic bag it stinks! But it's 100% cotton and washable. Great cheesecloth. Just remember to wash it before you make anything with it. Because the smell transfers to the food. I learned this the hard way.
