Good tea for digestion
I drink this tea daily to help with digestion, I have GI issues and this helps a lot! It taste kinda like black licorice which I don't like but I just brew it with green tea and it tastes good. Ive noticed a big difference with it helping me digest a little better, if you have gastroparesis like me or any other GI issues id definitely recommend it

Great flavor
Very flavorful. Wish it was more affordable as I drink 2-3/day. I purchased a bulk pack in another brand that just did not have the strength that these do.

It def works!!
I got this tea because I struggle a lot with bloating and digestive problems. I can tell you It def works and I recommend giving it a try. I take it after a big, greasy, or high calorie meal thats bound to bloat me. I also take it at night and I don't wake up bloated like I used to and It helps with gas as said in the package.

Great for Bliating!
I combine this brand of fennel tea with a ginger tea bags and a dash of lemon & honey, and it decreases the problem I have with terrible bloating. The flavor is actually probably an acquired taste, but I, personally, love the flavor and aroma. I find it excellent for my digestive system, and very uplifting.

Great for upset tummies!
As someone with tons of tummy troubles, this is a staple in my home. I personally use two tea bags per cup but one cup per day max. I only drink this tea when my tummy hurts though. It saves the day every time!
