I originally bought this guarana powder to use in a homemade pre-workout, and it worked very well for that purpose. I am so impressed with this product!! I am plus size and have been working on ways to cut back on sugars and working towards a more natural diet, etc. I have been a one cup a day coffee person for YEARS. I've always said that I don't actually like coffee, I just like the effects. This works EVEN BETTER than a cup of coffee. Now, instead of slowly sipping a sugar laden coffee drink, I add 2 scoops of this to my morning clear protein (no taste or significant color change), and I'm good to go! There is no smell, it dissolves easily, and gives me a great boost that feels even better than the caffeine boost I was getting from a cup of coffee. I don't have a 2pm crash or need for another.
