Really impressed with the quality of this sandbox. We’re going to be moving, so I have to wait to assemble it, but after opening the box and checking out the materials, I was pleased to discover that it’s quality wood construction with good hardware and fabric, so it should be sturdy and solid when built and last a long time. All of the parts are clearly labeled with identifying stickers, and instructions are included. I’m happy to have found such a nice looking sandbox that will look great in the backyard and be a fun place for my son to play in, plus the canopy is a great bonus for protection from the sun on hot days, with green being a neutral outdoor color that matches any style. In the meantime, the box it came in is very compact and doesn’t take up much room to store it until we’re ready to set it up. I’ve included photos of how it arrives, which might be helpful for those deciding what sandbox to buy. Very happy with our purchase!

This sand box does not actually have a bottom. It has a plastic tarp like liner that goes under the sand. So the box is not going to stay put. Had to use rebar inside the box to hold it in place. Then the wind blew the top around and snapped the thin poles holding it up. Also no sand box cover fits this design. We bought one to customize it, but it didn’t work right and became a water holder. Our granddaughter never got to use it before it fell apart. Too late to return - avoid at all costs.

This is a sturdy sand box. Very easy to put it together, even by yourself. My kids were super excited to play in it! Unfortunately, it rained the following day and there is no way to lower the canopy all the way down. Needless to say, the canopy completely ripped off the box portion, splintering the support poles. There was no way to salvage the top in anyway.

Fairly easy to put together. Doesn't take a whole lot of sand to fill up. We used 16 50# bags from Home Depot. You could probably get away with 10 and be fine. The flimsy roof will go sideways in the wind, make it a sail and snap the uprights off the sandbox. Might need to reenforce the roof so it can't turn sideways if you are in an area that gets monsoons or storms a lot.

Happy with this wooden sandbox. The quality is top-notch, and assembly was a breeze. The canopy is genius, it keeps the sand shaded and cool.Also this box is good for indoor play, and my little ones can play color balls indoor rooms during the cold weather. This box is a great both play for outdoor and indoor play area.

when i seen the package i was impressed with how everything was packaged and labeled on all of the pieces, but once i started putting it together it had seemed there were at least five screws that we already stripped, which i then had to add outdoor sealant to make it sturdy. once it was all put together it turned out very nice, until a storm passed through, and the heavy rain completely ruined the tarp and it broke in half, and even though the cost was fair, i would not recommend this, due to it not even lasting us a whole week.

Perfect size for children 2-4 yo. Well made, easy to assemble. Recommend to buy. Good price too. I also bought mesh curtain to prevent animals to get in

After I finally gotten to build this sand box is horrible for the money I paid for it if I could have returned it I would have but it was to late had to wait to build it I thought it for a gift for my grandson and it’s horrible no bottom just a black tarp no cover bought one for it that was awful building this was terrible I would not recommend this product to anyone it also is falling apart and becoming a big ant farm so please do not waste your money as I have on this product because now it’s going in the trash money wasted it doesn’t even deserve the one star rating I’m so disappointed in this product
