Superb monitor for gaming, ok for work, nice to use OSD and full burn-in protection
This is an incredible monitor. I tried both 34 inch and 39 inch. Settled on the 39. For gaming 10/10 the additional size over 34 inch is hugely immersive. For work it's a 8/10 because of the lower DPI which does make some text a little harder to read. The OSD is easy to use and has great built in features for anti-burn-in and it remembers settings for each port used so I can have brighter HDR for Display Port and switching to HDMI for work laptop automatically changes to my lower brightness reading mode. The only negative for me is the aggressive curve. I'd prefer 1800r. Sometimes when moving in a game like an RTS left or right, I can easily notice a weird fish-eye lens effect because of the curve, or trying to view something that's straight and it looks bendy. That may just be because I came from a flat monitor so I just need to get used to it. It's definitely a lot more immersive though! Overall really superb screen with great colours, all the modern OLED features, and at a really great price.

Great screen for SIM racing and more
OLED 45inch 800R, great monitor OLED are just a game changer for me, black quality are exceptional. Using this mostly for SIM racing, but have tried battlefield etc. these also look fantastic. 1440p is the sweet spot for me graphic fidelity over FPS.

Top notch OLED monitor
Been using this a lot for a few months now and gotta say itโs brilliant, got a Samsung G9 OLED for my fps games but when it comes to my Skyrim or Planetaries, open world games I prefer this, the overall size is perfect & the quality is fantastic, if your thinking of this or the Corsair Xeneon flex then get this because the Corsair is basically this except this is much better value for money I still use the stand and the adjustability is great, can tilt and spin it a decent amount After getting OLED I canโt settle for anything else, field of view is great, havenโt tested the refresh rate but my games run smoothly, easy to use

LG is the best
The LG UltraGear gaming monitors offer excellent performance with high refresh rates, low response times, and great color accuracy thanks to their IPS panels. Theyโre ideal for fast-paced gaming and support both FreeSync and G-Sync, ensuring smooth visuals with minimal tearing. However, HDR performance is limited, and contrast isnโt as deep as OLED or VA panels. Some models can also be quite expensive, especially the 4K or ultrawide versions. Pros: โข Very smooth gameplay (144โ240 Hz+) โข Accurate colors and wide viewing angles โข Modern design and solid build quality Cons: โข Average HDR and black levels โข High price on premium models Verdict: LG gaming monitors deliver excellent speed and visuals for serious gamers, though their HDR and contrast could be better for the price.

Good Monitor, Be cautious of the seller
The monitor is very good. I purchased for ยฃ889 and it is exactly what you would expect for this price point with the size, refresh rate, response time, and pixel density. it has great options for preventing burn in and other options. I am rating one star to beware if the seller is "electronic empire". They do not abide by UK Consumer laws and will threaten fees for any returns. You should consider buying through an alternate seller

Excellent Screen for Gaming @ 1440
I have the 39inc version. I had put this in and out of my Amazon cart so many times, but could not decide after online reviews stating problems with txt clarity. I'm 99.5% happy with my purchase and don't see anything wrong with txt clarity, Now time will tell if I fell same in a year. But dame gaming is nice on the screen

Good refresh rate
This LG UltraGear OLED monitor delivers sharp 1440p visuals and extremely smooth 240 Hz gameplay, with vibrant colours and deep blacks thanks to the OLED panel. Response times are excellent for fast-paced games, and adaptive sync keeps tearing to a minimum. Build quality feels solid and it looks sleek on the desk. A bit pricey for the spec, but worth it if you want a premium gaming display.

Amazing images, but smaller than you realise.
If you're new to ultra widescreen monitors, there's a couple of things you need to be aware of. 1) This is basically an extra wide 27" monitor. 34" is a little miss-leading as it's the same screen depth as a 27", and as many applications don't utilize the extra width, you're going to be in for a shock at how small text & video is if you're used to a larger 32" 16:9 monitor as I was. 2) Not all games are compatible with extra widescreen. Some games that are a little older will either have black lines at the sides of the screen, or have to be played 'full windowed' mode, which makes the viewing area even less than 27". This can be very frustrating. The monitor itself is actually very good. The picture quality is on another level to my previous Samsung Odyssey G7 (which was one of the best gaming monitors at the time). The extra contrast of the OLED screen creates more vivid & richer colours making games look more life like, and 240fps means games run very very smooth! For games that do support the extra width, it enhances the gaming experience. Having a wider horizon feels so much more natural, that you quickly forget it's only a 27" monitor at heart. For this I can't fault it. The extra width is great for productivity too. Having 2 or 3 windows open side by side is way more practical than opening windows on top of windows. The only real negative is the flimsy toggle switch that controls everything from menu and settings to turning the monitor on & off and changing inputs. I'm running two PCs on the monitor so I switch inputs regularly & I'm not sure how long it's going to last (the issue with my Samsung G7 was the toggle switch eventually faulting). Placing the toggle switch around the back of the monitor isn't exactly ideal either. Reaching underneath, between cables & feeling around the back soon becomes annoying. It does have very thin borders on all 4 sides though, so maybe it was designed with being part of a multiscreen display in mind? This would explain why the toggle switch is 'out of the way' on the back, so I'll give LG the benefit of the doubt on this one. If you're already used to a 27" monitor then this is an amazing gaming experience which I can't fault. If, however, you're used to a larger screen like I was, maybe consider sizing up?

Amazing
Excellent screen. And the colors are phenomenal, didn't mind the matter finish on it also as it not affecting the colors as much as some reviewers mentioned it does. One thing to keep in mind the highest brightness is not that high so if you ar in a room that us well let with alot of sunshine you will feel it.
