Great product! I only use it to take my cat to the vet so ultimate durability might vary with level of use, but it's big enough for my 13 lb orange tabby and easy to carry on my shoulder. Plus, she can kind of see out, so I was able to interact with her while we were waiting at the vet. I purchased a second time due to having a foster cat for a few months. There are several points of entry and exit. My cat doesn't like getting into a carrier regardless, but this is much easier to get her into vs. a more traditional carrier. Plus you can store it in a smaller space due to its ability to fold.

This pet carrier is really pretty perfect! It is well made and there is almost nothing not to like about it. The zippers were a bit stubborn at first but with some manipulation of the edges where each side was attached to the fabric it aligned and worked fairly well. I loved the turquoise color and the roll-down privacy blinds-a nice feature for a skittish pet. The bottom is a hard composite material with a zippered washable cover. Additional padding would be a suggestion for the pet parent. The only problem we had was that it was too small for the puppy I adopted! I sort of forgot how big she was between meeting her and actually bringing her home! This carrier was intended to securely hold her during rides to the vet, etc. Luckily, I had someone to hold her for the ride home. Back to looking for something larger!

Great carrier! It’s the perfect size, and sturdy for a soft carrier. I love that the side flaps can velcro /rolled up so the cat can see me. My 11 pound cat seems much calmer in this carrier than the last one that wasn’t large enough and had no mesh side option. The bag has a shoulder strap option which makes carrying him so much easier!

I bought one of these years ago and it has held up so great so when I got another cat I had to buy another one for that cat too. I like how it folds to store away when not in use and my cats which are large cats fit very comfortably in them.

This is a good carrier, spacious enough for my 12lb Shih Tzu, and I used it to travel to and from El Salvador. While Avianca airlines was a nightmare to deal with (no one in their staff is familiar with dog import laws to and from the US), the carrier was never an issue. I like the inclusion of the little pouch, which I used to store an extra emergency pee pad, and a roll of poop bags. There is a 'headphone jack' rubber hole in that pouch with I used as a dispenser slit for the poop bags. We used the top mesh hole a lot during travel, as it allowed for my pet to have some freedom without actually being outside her carrier. I kept the side panel sheets open during the whole travel session, but I knocked off a star because the velcro pieces that hold up the rolled up panels are flimsy. You have to apply significant pressure to keep them rolled up. I also didn't love the bottom plank, which is lined with fleece-like material on one side. It just floats around, and can't be firmly attached to the bottom. Another minor complaint is the long handle, which I ended up using a lot to keep my hands free during busy travel moments. The belt/long handle shoulder pad is super uncomfortable/thin, and the length adjustment buckle is unreliable and became useless early on during the flight back home. I obviously have knit picky issues with the product, but overall I think it's a solid carrier and I would recommend getting it if it fits your airlines size requirement / if you don't plan to travel via airplane. And if the airline seats are as small and cramped as Avianca's, you're going to want the slightly flexible but mostly rigid shape of this carried, that allows it to be shoved into the space under the seat but still protects your pet/utilizes every bit of space to give your pet some room. I recommend taking your pet out of the carrier if possible when you adjust the carrier under the front seat, and then introducing them in once its mostly set up.

This product was made very well, the size is definitely worth it for a full sized cat. The bottom soft mat is a great addition for comfortability, it was very easy to move around with the carrying handles and shoulder strap. The material is very durable and well made, I highly recommend this grey cat carrier! 10/10

Perfect little carrier for my pup. The zippers are a little bit difficult to zip, but that could be due to my fractured elbow. Other than that this is a great little carrier. It’s perfect in the front seat of my car or floorboard plenty of airflow, which I love.!

My old carrier broke from my cat so I needed a replacement. Before I had a backpack-style carrier that also had a roller feature, which was nice, but this one is so much larger. My cat loves that he can see out of all sides and he seems more comfortable in here than the other one. I am beyond thrilled with this. The assembly was really easy. My cat seems comfortable. I think I could probably use a little nicer padding at the bottom if I was being really picky. I don't know about the durability yet but so far so good. He's taken a couple trips in it because he's having medical problems and the weight is fantastic. It is really light

my cat is about 13-14lbs and quite long, I wanted to find a carrier that he wouldn’t be so cramped in. this fit the bill perfectly and after leaving it out he’s immediately started using it on his own to nap or have a rest! I haven’t taken him out in it yet but I believe he’ll be much more comfortable during our next vet visit or fire alarm!

It was good to carry my cat to the annual vet.
