Do they have anti slip at the bottom so they don’t slip out of the fins during diving?

No. These Lycra socks do not have any grip.

The product description says seamless, but the picture shows a seam running down the center top- so which is it?

They have a shape like a sock, but only if you run the seam under the foot. I put them on so that the seam is on the side and they seem fine. Have not dived yet with them. It's strange that in the pictures it shows them worn with the seam on the side (Cressi name on the back of the leg) and also with the seam under the foot (Cressi name on the side of the leg). Their marketing department didn't think this through.

Are these tube sock style, or shaped like the foot?

Hello, They are tube sock style since there is no seam under the heel so that it is more comfortable. But anyway the fabric is shorter on the instep neck than the one that passes under the sole and under the heel. So it has a slightly curved half-moon shape.

Need to keep sand out. Do these work?

Yes they do. I use them to work on my dock and surrounding lake bottom, I wear them inside my soft science fin boots.
