Well-made
They have been very useful. The physical therapist that we go to uses the same ones. Theyโre easy to use. They appear to be sturdy. They will likely last for a long time.

Good choice for therapy
This is a useful set of flex bars at a good price. 4 different weights means you can adjust the difficulty of your workout. Very sturdy. Should last a long time!

Just get them
These exist because Pickleball is addictive and therefore elbows hurt. Great asset to keep in your gym bag and prevent further pain. You can even use these to intimidate your opponent with a quick court-side warm up. Thereโs not much to them. Sausage-like rubber with various densities that somehow reduce tennis elbow pain. Came quickly and as described.

Ideal travel arm and shoulder workout
I was looking for something that is specific to grip and wrist strength, but settled on these because while they do that, there is a variety of movements that can be targeted specifically across a wide variety of muscles starting with the fingers, and all the way up through the shoulders and even into the trap and delts. More than that, systems can be targeted in a functional exercise kind of way, yielding success in a a more generalized fitness goal kind of way. Included here are 4 different "weights", stated on the label of each as 6,10,15, and 25 pounds. These numbers are not to be taken as absolutes, either in exact force required or across a range of movement. With each kind of exercise, greater force might be required at the beginning of the move or at the end of the move. And to a certain extent, particularly in an opposite twist exercise, the more you twist, the more torque is required to go past that point. A more exact purpose of the stated weight would be to indicate a value that is relative to stated weights on the other units. So rather than consider that the 25# requires that exact amount of pressure to move it, consider that it is simply stating that it is roughly 2.5 times more than the 10# weight. These are ideal for traveling, as I often do, taking up little space and not triggering any potential for TSA concerns at airports. I'm not aware of any regulation that would prohibit physically taking these on a plane as a passenger, and certainly not in packed luggage. To be on the safe side, I might consider putting the least used in my carry-on as a test. As though there's any value in taking more anyway. The unstated and side benefit of these is something I found out quite accidentally when toying around, hitting my palm lightly like a hammer slap. It hurt! Between the whip action and the surface, it takes very little to turn one of these into a non-lethal a self-defense weapon that should be legal in all jurisdictions and make anyone hit with it seriously not wish to be hit again. for travelers, consider that these each weigh about 330 grams [11.75 oz] each, mine with a variable of 3 grams. For me, this also puts it into the category of something I might take with me as a fiddle object on a several day hike. The material is solid silicone with no metals or reinforcement in it that I can tell. The silicone versions are just much more dense at higher levels, though I'm not ruling out that there might be some fiber or something that would add resistance to pressure. The grip seems to be pretty universal and functional across a fairly wide of adult hand sizes. Those at either spectrum of tiny to gigantic might find the diameter to be of less value, but most people can adjust to this by either going up or down in weight resistance. I had thought that resistance variables might be in part to diameter, but each is the same size, and the only variable seems to be density of the material. The grip is quite comfortable for both my wife with small tender hands and mine with more calloused and medium large hands. I didn't see any instructions. There might be something in the enclosed bag, but who cares? My 3 year old, intuitively understood how these work. Operation is fairly intuitive and the only ones I can see who might want instructions, likely also need instructions for drinking water.

โMuscle Strengthening When You Canโt Get to the Gym!โ
Resistance Bars were used during rehab following carpel tunnel surgery. My therapist suggested they would be an appropriate alternative to my previous upper-body, muscle-building exercise at a gym. I was delighted to find that Amazon over-night delivery was available. The bars arrived on time and in excellent packaging. Unexpected was a storage bag with drawstring. The color coding is exactly as shown in the ad and a barโs weight resistance is easy to read on the bar or, for those with sight impairment, easy to determine through feel. I look forward to my continued use of the Fitberst Resistance bars at home, long after rehab is completed. I note that, after inquiring, my gym does have Resistance Bars that are available to members. (I suspect that their ease of use for muscle building is a threat to the personal trainers who charge a fee.) The illustrated USER GUIDE is excellent and the colored photos showing specific exercises for specific sports is appreciated! One wants to use the bars as soon as they can be slid out of the storage bag. I havenโt had time to view the video tutorials.

Great for tennis elbow
I have bad tennis elbow and have been going to physio for a few weeks. The therapist recommended resistance bars and I bought these ones. They are just as good as the ones they use in the clinic. I highly recommend these if you have tennis elbow or golfers elbow.

A broad selection of resistance weights
This pack does contain a broad selection of resistances to therapeutically treat tennis and golfers elbow. However I was a bit disappointed that the yellow and the green were very lightweight as I wanted something heavier than the yellow Theraband bar that I had been using. The yellow in this set is very light and the green similar to the Theraband. I am using the blue bar and hope to work up the red one as my elbow heals. I found the bars rather greasy and hard to grip firmly which is a bit of a minus. I think this set would be more useful for someone with very little grip strength to start of with. I don't have any means of clicking on the barcode so cannot comment on the online tutor. I would probably give a three and a half stars realistically.

Flex therapy bars work great
quality of product is very good imo. The ridges make it easy to grip. The largest tension is 25 lbs and I out grew it already! I'll probably need a heavier weight if I want to improve my training.

Durable
Had this product for a few months and it is nice that they are a fraction of the brand name and you get 4 different weight bars instead of just 1. Great budget find. Has held up and helped relieve the tennis elbow. Slow and consistent work has with the bar has improved my elbow.
