There is no USB port on the old TV, can I use the BKM400 headphone?

You can power the USB transmitter through the power adapter, and then use the optical fiber, 3.5mm or RCA cable we provide to connect. Please check the audio output ports supported by your TV before purchasing!

Cannot hear sound - only connect to the TV using a USB transmitter.

＞ If the USB port of the TV supports audio output: turn on the TV settings and adjust the TV audio to “USB”. ＞ If the USB port of the TV does not support audio output: please use optical fiber, 3.5mm, or RCA connection.

Cannot hear sound - plug in the USB port and the 3.5mm/RCA port at the same time.

＞ Adjust the TV audio setting to “External Speaker”or“headphones”. ＞ If it still has no sound: please take off the USB transmitter from the tv, and get power to the USB transmitter via power adapter.

Cannot hear sound - plug in the USB port and the optical port at the same time.

＞ Adjust the TV setting to “External Speaker”or“PCM”. ＞ Unplug any device from the 3.5mm AUX jack and HDMI ARC jack while using the OPTICAL out.

What should I do if I hear a message to disconnect after working normally for a period of time?

Please follow the instructions in ”How to Repair“ in the manual to restore the headset and USB transmitter to their factory settings, and then complete the re-pairing. You can also tell us and let us solve it for you.
