Fixed my lawn!
So, my lawn typically looks like a golf course during the early months of the year, I have about 1/3 acre of grass total. Then, during the hot months I get some large brown patches in various areas. It seems to be really bad if I have something wet placed on the grass for a day or so (e.g. blow up slide for the kids). It may appear to be a lack of water, but I have a fully automated irrigation system for my front and back lawn, so water was never the issue. This year, my lawn was super green, then we had a super heavy couple of weeks of water followed by some 100 degree days, then the brown came out really strong (see photo). After attempting to water more (since it looked like a lack of water), the problem only got worse. Finally, I did some research and found out about Propiconazole and brown patch (a new thing to me). I typically only use Milorganite for fertilizer, Ferti-lome for creeping charlie, and a pre-emergent in the spring. I decided to give this a shot to see if maybe there was a fungus problem, since it definitely matched my lawn's symptoms. I did the first treatment using the brand name stuff (at twice the cost) applying at a rate of 2oz/gal/1000 sq ft on the bad areas and 1oz on the less impacted areas. I saw some new grass growing in the brown spots after the first week or so. I bought this product the second time around and did the second application after 14 days (since this was early August, and a second treatment was recommended), and I saw really incredible results after a couple more weeks. The pictures above are exactly one month apart, one in late July, the second in late August. There are still a few patches here and there to fill back in, but I think that's really because the grass basically died out from letting this go too long, and it'll still take a bit to come back. This is a great product if you have a fungus problem, just make sure you apply it to the entire area and watch that it's not too hot outside when using it.

Works on Orange Rust on Blackberries
I had a bad case of orange rust fungus on wild blackberry bushes in my yard in Ohio. I did my best to remove the infected plants, although I know I didn't get them all. I sprayed the remaining bushes as directed, which is a more diluted concentration than you'd expect. I sprayed it three times and the orange rust didn't come back all summer. About half of the plants had visible spores, and I waited longer than you're supposed to before spraying them. The remaining plants produced fruit, but don't eat the fruit for at least a year from the last spray (but follow the instructions on the bottle to be sure). Also, make sure you've got full PPE (bunny suit with hood and booties, respirator, goggles, and gloves). Nothing to do with this product, but use a decent sprayer. The cheap ones will break and leave you frustrated in the middle of the job.

Great product
My St Augustine grass was newly laid and quickly got a fungus late last summer. I admit that it wasn’t the right time or conditions (worst time of year) for new sod in my area, but had to renovate the house and lawn completely. I thought it was brown patch but later realized it was a combination with silver leaf. Most neighbors get it and clover takes over when untreated. I used this propiconazole 14.3 product with a (charged) sprayer, mixed w water) and alternated every 2 weeks with a different granular product over the course of appx 8 weeks. Spots of grass were affected but in March, after 4 months, I risked the effort and began “dethatching” with a rake a few times. Of course the spots grew thinner but I added a thin layer of organic Canadian spaghum moss and organic top soil to help healthy stolens grow. Now on May 1st, the grass is filling in slowly but nicely. I recommend this product over any else. The big box stores do carry products but with less of a concentrate mix, but I didn’t want to waste my money. So I’d use this specific 14.3 mix any time needed.

Works well for certain applications.
Seemed to work well on an oak tree that had probable oak wilt. Didn’t work very good for fungus in St Augustine grass. Other fungicides worked better.

Saved my bermuda
This product stopped a disease my bermuda grass was having. Not really sure what type of disease but think it was a fungus. My bermuda was turning white in patches and then brown after a few days. It was spreading all over my back yard. One application of propiconazole stopped the spread immediately. I still have more than 3/4 of the bottle left. It has rained the last 2 weeks and now my lawn looks completely healthy. Wow, amazing. I feel like a professional and it was so inexpensive. 1year later update: my grass has the same disease as last year. I did another application of this chemical and problem fixed again. Looks like I’m going to be needing to do this yearly now. The bottle I bought is going to probably last me 4-5 years.

Solved dollar spot issue on my Bermuda lawn
This fungicide is a lifesaver for Bermuda lawns battling dollar spot! I've struggled with this stubborn fungus for ages, but this product worked wonders. Within days, I noticed a significant improvement—the patches started disappearing, and my lawn looked healthier than ever. Plus, it's easy to apply and doesn't harm the grass. If you're dealing with dollar spot on Bermuda, this is the solution you need.

It is banned in some countries. PPE yourself.
It worked very well with melting out and saved the lawn from imminent death after a springer timer programming soaked the lawn for weeks. It's a very difficult product to compare anything else with or substitute. This bottle is very cost effective considering the granular version works out to 3 or 4 times the cost but I think the granular is probably the safer way to go. Alternate this fungicide with another one of a different class to maintain the efficacy.

Economical Mix Your Own
I use this on my lawn in the Boston area in mid-July with very good results. It is the same ingredient as in the ready to spray Lawn Fungicide you can purchase at the big box stores. I saved a couple of these spray bottles and now just dilute this concentrate to the correct dilution which costs less than half vs purchasing the ready mixed spray. This summer I have needed only 1 application to control the brown patch.
