I decided to get the drop mount instead of the leg harness since I'm in and out of my side-by-side and didn't want to deal with leg straps. I'm very happy with the purchase for both quality and location of outside the waist carry. There's no more "wrenching" my arm or moving my clothing away when drawing at the range. I've attached the Safariland QLS connectors which does add about 1/2" but works perfect when shooting with coat on. The QLS allows me to remove the holstered gun getting in/out of the SxS while the drop holster sits between the seat and center console. I would highly recommend if you're looking for an outside the waist carry and/or excessive range time.

This innovative product fills the gap between a thigh rig and a belt-based holster. When wearing an outer vest/raid jacket, the sides of the kevlar jacket have a tendency to push against my issued belt holster. I've used a thigh holster for years, but they've got hangups as well. This drop brings the holster to a comfortable position to allow range of motion with a kevlar vest, while maintaining retention, ease of draw, and the other benefits of a belt-based holster.

Hard to rate it any less 5 stats. Does exactly what you expect: strong plastic, simple design, no problems. The low ride makes for an easy draw and is very good for use on a duty belt. It is almost a necessity you get some sort of leg strap to go with it as even with the rigidity of the adapter, the gun will swing when you move.

Be sure you get the right one. This specific model did NOT fit my 2" duty belt. However, it fit perfectly to my Safariland 6360 holster. Had to deepen the channels a bit and it worked just fine. I'm assuming there's this one, and then another model that fits a 2" duty belt. Buy accordingly. Great product for taller officers/guys with longer arms. Much more ergonomic draw. No more chicken wing.

This is a good option if you want your holster lower to like a drop leg height, but you want it to mount on the belt itself. If you do not run a separate leg strap, it's possible you may experience some wobble . I personally use a velcro strap to fill in any empty space between the belt and the belt loop on the UBL to make it more sturdier as I want to avoid a leg strap if possible.

This thing is perfect for a Safarliand ALS holster (check with the company for compatibility with yours). Just low enough when wearing regular ballistic vest but still in a muscle-memory location for quick draws if need be. Not a great bet for those guys in cars all day, but for temporary tactical situations or when you'll be on your feet for most of your time, it's great. Best wear with a slightly larger tactical belt that fills the loop, given there is some excessive, sliding front-to-back movement of the holster itself with narrower belts. But no where near the movement with a thigh rig (try running and drawing from a thigh rig that's not literally tied like a tourniquet around your leg). Other than that excess movement, love it.

Great alternative to add some space from your hip and your holster. I struggled having my holster so high up and when I used a drop swivel adapter I didn’t like how “loose” it felt. This item adds that space to where you aren’t having to bring your arm up so high when drawing your gun out. The item is sturdy, durable, and doesn’t have any give. It’s universal with most safariland holsters and I ran into no issues putting it onto my standard Sam brown belt.

I've been using this low-ride every day for 10 weeks now. I usually carry with a paddle during the winter and switch over to a belt loop in the summer because I ride a motorcycle. When it gets too cold to ride I always went back to a paddle.When this came in the mail I put it on to try; now I cant stand my paddle. This DOES NOT pull your belt out away from your body as the bottom of the holster digs into your thigh. Like most plastic holsters I've used. I'm six foot 150 pounds. You guys my size know what I'm talking about.This thing is built like a tank.Just as good as the holster. You're going to put it on TOP OF THE LINE I LOVE IT!

Das Teil ist arg groß und in Verbindung mit einem Sickinger Holster muss man ein neues Loch bohren (die Schraulöcher am Holster sind enger zusammenliegend).

C’est exactement ce qu’il me fallait. J’ai également commandé au vu des conseils un élastique de cuisse. Très bon produit, je recommande, reçu 2 semaines avant la date prévu !
