I don't typically write reviews for personal adult items but I felt compelled to on this. If you're looking to reestablish your girth and length getting yourself ready for prime-time, get this. The silicon vaginal sleeve is so luxuriously soft as it pulls you into the device in almost a loving way. And you don't get that disproportional thickening in the middle of your member like pumps with standard sleeves do but rather it caresses you while pulling yet keeping you equally thickened from head to base. And it also comes with the old school painful sleeves and c**k rings. And the price? It's almost a crime how affordable it is compared to others that sell for twice or 3 times as much. From my understanding, you can buy an alternative one with a gauge, but I simply pump with the provided one until I begin to feel a *slight* pull on my member.There are three 'sleeves' included: the two black ones and the 'pocket-pussy'-type sleeve. The diameter on each of the black sleeves is rather small and uncomfortable, even with lube, and I wouldn't say I have some supersized dong either. At this point, I'll probably never use either of the black sleeves...even though I can just barely get into the larger diameter one.The vagina-esque sleeve, on the other hand... is AWESOME. This is by far the best investment I have made into my sexual health. I am satisfied with the length and girth of my guy but I'm always looking to increase my confidence in the bedroom even more. I have been using this for several days and all I can say is WOW. I've tried all the different attachments to see what provides the best and most comfortable inflation when fully blown up. I have already noticed more length and girth when at rest and during an erection. I can see that if I use this for 60 days that I will have substantial gains. I am enjoying this toy. I have used a couple of battery operated ones. With this manual one I feel like I have much better control over the intensity of the experience. If a little air leaks, I can very slightly adjust it to where I want it - much easier than with the battery operated ones. With other ones I have had the "sleeve" get drawn into the cylinder - I haven't had that problem with this - whether it's the design of the toy or the sleeve, I don't know. It's easy to clean. I used some silicone based “personal” stuff on it for bathtub use, and cleaned it off with soap and water as soon as I was done - I don't know if that will affect the longevity of the sleeve, but it's been done a couple of times without noticeable deterioration.

All the websites say that it won't help you get bigger. Who cares??? It's weird how good it feels. The rubber suckers didn't feel great. It hurt a bit. But the flesh one... yeah. Nice. The tube could be a little wider though (almost couldn't pull myself out one time).I kinda rigged mine to have a shorter hose and I use an electric pump from another suction product. It's too complicated holding it in place and then pumping. In the heat of the moment, using 2 hands for this is a waste of a hand.
