Love this powdered milk. It dissolves quickly and tastes great. I use it for my hot chocolate mix.

Nice, fine milk powder for fast dissolving. I don’t care for it reconstituted as a beverage, but love to use dry milk in cooking for a creamy taste and texture (and more nutrition) without adding more liquid. It’s perfect in oatmeal. Recently my grocery store (calling you out, Harris Teeter) stopped carrying dry milk, so I was glad to find Judee’s at Amazon. But really, is “gluten-free” necessary for a dairy product without wheat?

I have tried mixing this with boiling water, with hot water, and with cold water, but whatever I do, there is lots of clumps! The part that dissolves tastes good. It tastes like fresh milk. I mixed it in a large coffee mug with boiling water. After it cooled, I drank some of it. When I rinsed the mug in my kitchen sink, there was so much clumps in it, that it clogged the kitchen drain! I would recommend mixing this in a coffee mug. If you mix it vigorously in a glass, it is possible that you will chip the glass, and you don't want to swallow a glass chip by accident. I have not tried mixing it in a blender. But I don't want to bother cleaning a huge blender to make a small amount of milk. I also tried mixing the powder alone in a cup of coffee. That tastes terrible. This has to be made into milk first before you add it to coffee or tea. I would also like to mention that this is really expensive. A small glass or a coffee mug holds around two cups, and the serving on this is one cup. So, you don't get a lot of servings out of this container.

I have purchased other items from this company and I’ve been satisfied. I have read comments that items get delivered opened. I still take chances and order products that I like. Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed that this product was opened; powdered milk all over the packaging that it came in. It’s an expensive product and the company does not take returns. Don’t waste your money on items that can’t be packaged for better delivery. With a price like that quality upon delivery should be a guarantee. Very disappointed; will not order from Judee’s Gluten Free again. I even posted these products on many Facebook pages and called them amazing....unfortunately, that was the past. Edit: It’s not the Judee’s products that is the problem; it’s the packaging that Amazon chooses to send it in. The other items I’ve bought from Judee’s have been sent in cardboard boxes and didn’t puncture. This package was sent in a bubble wrap envelope that didn’t protect the bag of powdered milk. I reached out to Judee’s and she was very nice. If she can guarantee her product will be delivered with quality intact; I may start ordering directly from her.
