I use mine in a few different ways. Have them on the way on the living room which cuts down on the electric bill and I use the spare on my tv console for ambiance. They come with an adhesive backing and screws but I just use the adhesive back and they’ve never fallen. I now own 6 but plan to purchase two more. There are a must have!

I like these lights but the battery life seems rather short--maybe 5 hours? They recharge easily though. I do wish there were two remote controls as I have them in two different rooms. The remote is nice in that you can regulate the type of light and have it turn off after a length of time. I like that you can stick them anywhere and can easily take them off the magnetic base. You can also angle them in different directions. I would have given 5 stars except for the battery life.

I got these for some light in my bedroom and living room. Have a ceiling fan and a floor lamp, but lighting interferes with the television so o thought try these. I mounted them next to the television, and have them aimed off the ceiling (white) which maximizes and reflects the light. Lights up the living room with the perfect amount of light when watching movies, and can see clearly. I mounted the other set on each side of the bed headboard, on the wall using the 2 side adhesive it comes with. They work great for reading as you can turn both on or individually, and they light up the room just enough. By no means is this comparable to hardwired lighting, your plug ins and overheads will always be brighter. But these work great again for ambiance and whatnot, also extremely handy should you face a power outage and need a little light! Magnets are super strong, again comes with adhesive tape, two screws and two anchors should you need them. I haven’t tested the battery life yet, but so far impressed. I purchsed these items a few months ago and just now got them charged and installed. The battery on the lights are lasting less than a week to a week and a half being used for 15 minutes total throughout the day. I wrote the manufacture and this was their response.Excatly as written by their customer service rep. "Considering that you got a set of two sconces for less than $20 including tax , the product is priced to offer an affordable lighting solution. While we strive for the best performance, the battery capacity and endurance are aligned with the cost - effective nature of this model. This price point allows us to provide accessible lighting, though it means the battery might not last as long as more expensive, high - end options."Obvioulsy they are making these as "throw away" items and have no concern that they work minimually. Do not waste your money. It took me longer to charge them and install them then they lasted.

Terrific little sconces. We put one in a previously dark attic closet- amazing!

Lights are ok.The lights is bright enough. Batteries don’t stay charged long. Even when not in use. The remote is some what useful. I feel like I have to be pretty close to get it to work. Which in my opinion makes them pointless if I have to get up to make them work. The magnetic base is only so-so and lacks the ability to hold these small lights except at certain angles. Which doesn’t always fit my needs. I would not purchase again.
