Tasty, nutritious, and very filling fruit leather for healthy snacking!
Never tried lavashak before in my life, and wasn't disappointed with this. If you are familiar with fruit rollups, then this is the Persian version of it. Instead of artificial flavorings and colorings, and tons of refined sugars, you are pretty much eating pressed real fruits and berries. It's mellow in sweetness, and has more of a tangy flavor to it. The strawberry flavor is quite strong, but you honestly taste a ton of plums and trace amounts of the rest of the ingredients. It's surprisingly filling, though. There is only one sheet in the bag, but I found myself slowly eating it after a while. I even put it in the fridge and ate the rest later in the day, so it's easy to underestimate the power of real food at times! The ends were slightly dried out after 5 hours of being in the fridge, so quick consumption is seemingly needed. For an interesting yet nutritious snack, this is a good choice. The value may be overpriced but it's actually pretty fair considering the effort needed to make lavashak (apparently at times it takes 6-10 hours of steady cooking and checking to make it!). All the lavashak in my local international store is about the same, so hope this company releases a value pack someday!

Zereshk not fresh.
I order a variety of these, they were all great except for the Zereshk was stale. Very hard and stiff unlike the other ones that were all sticky and soft. It could have been a one off. Overall, great lavashak brand though.
