The glass remover did not fit the model of cooker as advertised. Did not get full refund either.

Easily replaced a broken glass cover and then used the tool to remove the other one which was stuck and allowed me to replace the blown blub. Downside is I can now see how badly the oven needs cleaned!

Lovely looking bulb cover, but using the bulb cover remover was a waste of time, So we had to call out an engineer to remove the cover to change a light bulb ,who then used an expanding adjustable wrench to remove the cover, it took just 3 minutes.

Ich habe dieses Set gekauft, nachdem es in meinem NEFF-Backofen zappenduster wurde. Eigentlich wollte ich nur das Hilfswerkzeug zum losschrauben des festsitzenden Lampenglases kaufen. Das Set war aber seltsamerweise billiger als das Hilfswerkzeug alleine.Leider funktionierte es nicht wie geplant: Das Plastikwerkzeug schraubte das festsitzende "Altglas" nicht raus, sondern verbog sich und rutschte jedes Mal ab. Abschrauben konnte ich das Glas schliesslich ohne dieses Werkzeug, mit Hilfe einer ausgeliehenen großen Pumpenzange. Dabei stellte sich raus, dass am alten Lampenglas ziemlich festgebackener Schmutz klebte. Daher war ich doch ganz froh, das saubere und hochwertige neue Lampenglas einschrauben zu können.Daher nur ein Stern Abzug, weil das Plastik-Hilfswerkzeug in meinem Falle zu biegsam war.
