Loving the pan
So far made the best decision although this is the first thing i decided to cook on this pan to obviously try it and so far loved it , go for it , it's a quite big for me but if that's your concern you can choose the 26 cm one.

Item defective - Will update review after Replacement
Most frying pan sellers are selling poor defective pans on Amazon now. I've bought from bergner, Milton and Hawkins and now this and there's always a crack or a dent in itLearn to return and replace these products. Everytime you heat the pan and when it cools down the cracks and dents will break even further. If you want a long lasting pan, lookout for these issues before questioning material quality etc.Will update review once I get my replacement and examine if it has similar issues. For now very disappointed.

Heat Soreads well, Good, Big, NonStick stone(good quality)
Very nice productProsThe size is huge like how i wanted for shallow fry.Also heat is evennly spread, yes it is little more in the centre but i could see the gravy boil on the sides too which means heat soreads to the sides.ConsThe centre is higher than the sides which doesnt make oil flow towards the food and mostly food comes off to the sides instead of collecting in the centre.
