My absolute travel essential. I bought one eighteen months ago, but unfortunately it broke. Since the steamer was still under the warranty, I contacted their Support. Their team member - Jaina, has responded and solved the issue very quickly - I received a brand new replacement within just two days! Happy that I can continue to use the steamer on my travels. Easy to pack and powerful, great for everyday use as well.

I think this was one of the best irons for travellers. It was simple with multi selections of dry or steam ironing. Simple to use.

I love this steamer

It was heavy, and from the first use, limescale (white stuff) came out of the device, staining clothes.

We were looking for something to iron formal shirts, it hardly did. Whereas easily ironed lighter clothes like satin, nylon, polyethylene, mixed cotton. Linen was difficult. It took us less than 3min for a quick iron. It's good for quick wear and go Linda clothes. Not meant for formal cotton shirts.

Great product and even better customer experience. My steam iron stopped working, which led me to email the seller directly and the process was quick & seamless - they were very prompt with their response and immediately provided a refund as well since they couldn’t arrange a pick up. I didn’t even know my product was still under warranty until I reached out - very prompt and responsive.

Update: April 2026 The steamer experienced an issue with the steamer. I reached out to the manufacturer through warranty assistance and received a quick response within 24 hours with a solution/assistance. [PRODUCT EXPERIENCE] ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 👉 Found this steamer to be just the right size to pack in my travel bag. It does hold less water making it easier to use and store. I found this one heat up quicker than my other one. I tried it on my dress shirt that had little wrinkles. Hung my shirt on a hanger on the bathroom door hook and a few passes of the streamer and the wrinkles were gone. It also worked well on my sports coat. I have only tried out the iron feature once on one of my T-shirts and it worked great. It took a little longer as it is a small size but did remove all creases and wrinkles. Overall a good product to have when traveling. Also note, I purchased the Philips steamer for more in cost originally but it underperformed. The Jack & Rose steamer is a top performer in the steamer category and is the best I've ever used, even better than my Conair. The seller confirmed the 2 year warranty as well!

I bought this last minute for a wedding/event in Italy - didn't want our suits and gown all rumpled and was scared to use any hotel iron and risk damaging our clothes. I had actually already bought the Conair Handheld Power Steam Garment Steamer - that one is great for home use, but it was way too heavy for my luggage. I wanted something that was lighter and worked with the 220V in Europe. This Jack & Rose was much lighter and came with a little travel bag. Note: We did have to buy an adapter so it could plug into the outlet in Italy, so we got the EPICKA Universal Travel Adapter, European Travel Plug Adapter - worked great with the steamer. I ended up using this steamer on a linen suit and a polysilk gown, and it worked very well to get the wrinkles out. Cons: when you set it down on the counter, it falls over easily, so we had to prop it up with a cup. And the water reservoir can be a bit tricky to slide in and out. On the plus side, the reservoir is big enough so you don't have to keep refilling it - it seals nicely, heats up quickly, has 3 different settings, and it has nice long cord. Best of all, the steam comes out steadily and evenly (no annoying spurts of scalding water all over the place like other steamers!). Definitely glad I bought this, as I didn't want to risk using a hotel iron. Worth it!

Aunque el tanque es pequeño, la plancha es muy buena para su propósito, calienta rápido y el vapor es elegible a alto, bajo y solo plancha, se puede doblar haciendo una T lo cual facilita el planchado sea a vapor bajo, alto o sin el. Recomendable
