This is a USB 3A (both ends) I needed it to connect a short adapter, but when my power bank was not charging with the USB 2B, I tried charging through a 2A output port.This was possible because of this cable. It charted rapidly! So, it is one of those cables you did not know that you needed. Of course it is handy for computer to computer data transfer too (the primary reason for having one. Good quality. Good vale. An acceptable length for data transfer too

I love the fact that this usb-a cable is built to handle the latest data-transfer and fast-charging standards for usb-a. Fat wires, surrounded in a thick, durable insulating sheath. Exceeded my expectations for a usb-a cable. Most usb-a cables that I had laying around came from the past (the distant past in many cases). This cable is designed and built to handle today's usb-a power & data-transfer jobs. It's a big step above your old usb-a cable. I'm glad I added this to my IT tool-box. In addition to being my go-to cable for usb-a, I can add usb-c adapters to each end of this cable and rely on it to provide a very high-level of through-put. Future proof your usb-a game! Excellent buy.

This broke after I had it only 2 or 3 days. Frustrating.
Might not be the best quality. I used this for two or three days before it started having problems. The one that came with my computer van worked over a year but a few days? Thats pretty bad. Could be a fluke though.
