A lil expensive but worth it. It's true, good things come in lil packages. Very tasty salt.

Ich hatte bei dem Preis viel erwartet, und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Der Geschmack ist ausgewogen und gleichzeitig komplex, es schmeckt anders als das meiste Salz das ich kenne, vor allem besser. Das französische Fleur de Sel der Camargue aus dem nächstgelegenen Supermarkt kommt nicht dagegen an. Manchmal nasche ich sogar gedankenlos davon - das ist mir bisher nicht passiert.

This is a great salt for cooking with or for adding to food - the flakes are thin and crunchy and the taste is great. Not too big, flat flakes.

We discovered this product on a visit to Iceland. It is wonderful. Family does want any other salt after finding this one. We don't uses it for baking/cooking, but add so much when a salad, meat or veg need a touch of salt.
