Reduced quality taste and incorrect ingredients used
This I've had multiple times before. But this specific product didn't have the right mint taste. Just a white paste oddly reduced quantity of the minty part and chocolate too was not melt in the mouth as it used to be

Chocolate has melted
It was manufactured in 2022 , expiry date 2023. Reprinted again on the box as manufacturing date 2025--- 2026.i was told that I will receive a refund but no refund is executed. Didn't expect this from Amazon.

Temparature control required
Box had unwrapped chocolates and cover was loose. Could be opened without breaking safety seal. Chocolates were melted.
