Am only on my first bottle. I also have been taking the glutathione for 4 months. I think Rho products thus far — exceptional. I feel a big difference since taking the glutathione. I have auto immune and I have found this has benefited my body, my digestion, energy and overall well being. The magnesium relaxes me and helps me fall asleep.

I felt better on day 2 no kidding day 2 my leg pain from lifting heavy had subsided I’m enjoying working out again🙂 I will be buying more and adding the creatine and glutathiane I think it’s called removes toxins NAD, and their collagen 🤞🏼

This tastes good and has a noticeable effect. I take it in the evening and feel more relaxed and tired when I go to bed. It seems to work better and faster than any other magnesium supplement I've tried. A little expensive but so far, worth it.
