My favorite matcha!! So good and I love the texture, flavor and the mental clarity!

I really like this powder—it gives me a clean boost of energy without any crash. It also helps my stomach feel calm and less bloated during the day. The taste is good, and it mixes easily with water or a smoothie. I’ve tried Ryze before, and while it’s a bit stronger, this one works just as well for less money. Overall, it’s great for energy, gut health, and joint support.

I’ve only taken the matcha for 2 days but it did give steady energy through the day. My thoughts are also clearer and my memory is sharper. It had reduced cravings to the point where I could walk through the bakery aisles at the grocery store and not want anything. I’ve noticed inflammation has decreased and I’ve experienced less pain and water retention in these 2 days where I could walk up a steep hill with minimal discomfort. I’ll be interested to see the longer-term benefits. Product smells fine and did not come spoiled. I’ve had it with almond milk and just put it in a mason jar and shake vigorously to get it to dissolve. I could see it tasting good in a smoothie, so I’ll try that soon. I do wish there were ingredient amounts on the jar so that I could compare it to similar products/competitors but since it’s made in Canada, I feel a little better about that. Worth the cost.

I liked the ingredients, the taste, the mixability. I wish it came in a bigger size! No chalky taste, really good flavor.

I didn’t really feel any different if I’m being honest. The taste was not the most pleasant. I know it would probably last awhile though.

I have only been using this for about a week, but I am now starting to have more energy. It doesn't have a bad taste, but I add a scoop of my favorite cappuccino powder to it when I make it. It is smooth and creamy and mixes well with hot water. I wish it came in a little bigger container.

Easy to use and like that it was ceremonial grade ingredients. It did mix well. Standard size for matcha. Great value for price.

I'm not sure about most of the dietary benefits, if the product has the ingredients it states it does, to the dose levels to be affective. I don't have the scientific equipment for that. So, I can't speak to that. What I can speak to is the taste, and mixing. The product tastes great. Mixing with cold water sucks, clumpy. Mixing with warm - hot mixes well. I would recommend an electric mixer. I like my drink cold. I use just enough hot water to fill my cup about a half inch, then I mix with the electric mixer. I then add chilled water and mix one more time. Sometimes I and ice. I like the product enough to reorder. I'm not going to give the product 5 stars, just because I can't verify ingredients, to what amount. FYI marketing as a supplement, you don't have to prove the ingredients are in the product to any level that would back up the dietary claims. That's applies to the entire supplement industry. It's not a knock on just this product.
