I drink Bulletproof with vanilla and cinnamon with a drop of mint oil. One day I decided to blend the two (tired of drinking two hot drinks in mornings). It works. It tastes good. Even my very VERY picky cousin liked it. So add it to your coffee or tea. Make bulletproof … add and blend it slowly at the end so you don't fractionate any proteins.
