Incredible ๐
I have wanted a Vinyl record player for years & finally bought one. There were so many to choose from but when I saw the Majority Moto Plus, I fell in love. Reviews were very strong & the fact that Majority is a British company (based in Cambridge), my decision was made. My Mum had a record player years ago but it was this massive plastic black box, in comparison, the Moto Plus... Wow, it's stunning & looks sleek. The speakers pack a good punch & have fantastic clarity. The Bluetooth functionality is a nice touch & worked flawlessly with my phone. Set up took all of 5 minutes & was simple. The actual record player is larger than I thought so keep that in mind if you have limited space. TLDR: it's stunning, has excellent sound quality & is worth every penny. Go for it!

Excellent piece of kit
Having resurrected my record collection which have been boxed and stored now since the mid 80โs, I decided to go back in time and experience the joy of taking the vinyl from its sleeve, reading the cover and listening to that distinctive irreplaceable sound once more, so then started many hours of finding the appropriate turntable for the right price to meet my modest needs. After much reading of many hundreds of reviews I chose this lovely piece of kit due to the many positive reviews, the company being UK based, the turntableโs ability of both in and out Bluetooth connectivity and the included bookshelf speakers. Decision made, ordered and a large box safely delivered next day. The unit and speakers are well protected in an outer sturdy box and inner styrofoam packing ensuring safe delivery. Easy set up, just plug in the speakers, power block and put the lid on, job done. I am not an audiophile but my honest opinion is that the sound produced from the vinyl through the speakers is of an excellent quality and the turntable, arm motion and drop are all extremely smooth. The quality stylus produces excellent sound and auto stop works perfect. Auxiliary, Bluetooth and USB input all produce lovely sound and the option of connecting the turntable to Bluetooth headphones or speakers is brilliant. I havenโt attempted to record on USB as I have no need to do so but it is nice to have the option. Aesthetically the turntable and speakers being a dark wood in colour fit perfectly, I believe that the speakers are of a veneer like material covering but the turntable appears solid. Both are very well constructed and perform perfectly. To sum up, I am very pleased indeed with this set up and hopefully if I am able to upload the videos you will hear a single from 1964, not a bad sound for a sixty year old piece of vinyl and the seventies and eighties played perfectly, unfortunately I can only upload one videotape . Now starts the task of cleaning hundreds of vinyls ๐

My, how the turntable turns!
I love this turntable. I've recently gotten back into vinyl after a ten year hiatus now that the boom has seen so many great albums have their first pressing or reissue. I'd donated my three piece vintage Rotel to my sister as a graduation gift so I opted to get this as a cheap starter for my birthday. I know cheap needles are damaging to records so I did some brief Reddit reading on the needle style (not my area of expertise admittedly) and was told this one was safe, further bolstered by my DJ audiophile friend instantly pointing at it and saying "that's a top needle there mate". It certainly seems to be the case, my record collection is a mix of glossy brand news and dusty charity shop finds, it cuts through everything with absolute precision; I have a bundle of second hand 80's 45s that play front-to-back with no skips. The speakers included are changeable but I'm happy with the ones that come with, they're more than loud enough for my little flat. The slip mat is felt, I may look to change this for an aesthetic rubber one but it's provided no issues as is. The power adapter has quite a short lead (I'd guess one metre) so I've had to use an extension cord to reach a socket but this looks easy to change out should I ever wish to. I've been really impressed with the sound, hearing instruments and vocals I'd never noticed before during my now long gone digital days. Having had a Rotel I can confirm this player has that ever so slightly pitched "warm" sound but honestly, I missed that when I switched to a Rotel from my super cheapy all-in-one player ten+ years ago. The auto stop function is great, you can walk away and let the record stop itself on occasions where you have hands in the kitchen sink. On one or two records it's stopped before the fade out has entirely finished but that's really down to a vinyl being packed right up to the label, it seems to be a rare occurrence and you can click this feature off with a slide of a switch anyway. When switched off the turntable will spin continuously so I'd advise keeping it on until your record is on the spindle. My sis grabbed me some wireless earbuds for my birthday and they connect with no issues meaning I'm not a complete nuisance to my neighbours, though be aware volume control on those is only doable on the earbuds themselves, the alternative being max volume if your earbuds don't have the tap tap function. I've yet to try the recording function as I'm currently awaiting my modest laptop back from shop but I'm very much looking forward to doing so and porting my beloved collection onto an MP3 player. With regards to Amazon the driver was really sweet and assured me he'd kept the table in "pride of place" in his van to ensure it arrived in perfect condition, which it did. The presentation of this, overall, is sleek, tidy and aesthetic without needing several shelves to fit an additional amplifier on. Simple to set up, simple to use, everything you'd hope for. Absolutely made up with this, should I ever wish to change up, upgrade or replace I'll certainly be heading straight back to Majority. Hands down the best birthday gift I've ever gifted myself.

Great little system
Opened on Christmas Day. All working as expected, nice to find it has Aux in as well as Bluetooth. Great sounding for such a compact system. Vinyl sounds so much better than YouTube music over Bluetooth.

Neat little system.
Very well packaged. Easy to set up and a very acceptable sound. Reminds me of my first record player back in 1979. Just wish I had the option to turn up/down the bass and treble then definitlely would have been 5 stars. NB. No need to pay for extra warranty at time of purchse as comes with free 3 year warranty offered if you activate within 30 days of purchase. Make that 4.5 stars!
