Everything and more perfect for beginners

I have used this set consistently for the last few months. The bands have held up well and the cones are flimsy but they regain their shape pretty well. The carrying case and cone holder are nice to keep things organized. The hurdles were great at first, but after the first month or so of them getting hit, they started loosening up and aren't staying in place well. The parachute has been ok. It's been more of a fun things to motivate my kids to run- it gets twisted up easily, but does the job.Overall for the price, it's a good set.

My 13 year old son loves this training equipment! He sets it up different ways to do soccer training and agility drills. I love that it comes with a diagram showing some ideas for set up! The bigger pieces fold down nicely for storage. I would love if it came with a storage container.

Got these for my grandson. He loves them. He is into LaCross, basketball and soccer. Gives him a good workout.
