I purchased this to try out for a camping trip. Yeah NO! Horrible stuff. Maybe if baking with it, it might be tolerable. But I won’t even use it for that. I made a batch and refrigerated it overnight, (this wasn’t suggested on the package, because there was absolutely no directions on the package except for some kind of fruit dip.). The chalky taste was horrible and the texture was just as bad. Very disappointed, but glad I only purchased the smallest available size.

0 stars for the product but a star for Amazon customer service as they refunded me once I contacted them. It's so bad I cannot use it and I certainly can handle a little weird taste or texture but this is the kind of product I wouldn't eat unless I had literally nothing else for the whole day. I followed directions but sadly it didn't improve after a full day in the fridge and continuing to stir in hopes of it working out. Great idea though, if someone can figure out how to make decent yogurt powder. I think I'll stick with my favorite product from here, the whole milk powder and maybe try something close to it like buttermilk, might have better luck. I think the lemon and lime juice powders might be safe bets, too.

This was single handedly the most disgusting thing I’ve ever smelled or tasted. One cup to one cup ratio, not hard. The smell and the taste were rancid, and I’ve eaten fermented fish. Please, if this is how it is supposed to taste, I suggest not buying it
