i have been drinking this tea every night, espeically if i have worked out that day. is a great drink to get your ready for bed and i feel like it does detox your body wonderfully. it releases all the lactic acid in your muscles. it is a tad bitter but i just add a tsp of honey with it and then it is perfect.

I like the idea of this Traditional Medicinals Organic Lemon Detox Tea. The taste is pretty good, but would prefer a little mint in there OR more lemon flavor for a better-tasting tea. I add extra lemon juice if I have some in the house (I usually do). I like what this does and have been enjoying an afternoon cup, sometimes two. The lemon is not super strong in it and the other flavors lead. I was happy to find that Amazon Pantry had this and it was even in stock. The expiration is about two years out, giving me plenty of time to enjoy this tea. Sipping warm herbal tea from a pretty porcelain cup is a lovely afternoon ritual.

I was first introduced to Traditional Medicinals brand tea about 18 years ago. I was amazed at all of the varieties that they had then and even more amazed at all of the ones they have now. I do not care to take traditional medicines so I am always looking for a more homeopathic way to deal with whatever my body may be going through. I love every variety that I try. I love the taste of the Everyday Detox with Lemon. It is a great way to start the day. The lemon flavor is nice and mild. It tastes just like any other regular tea that I would drink and it is very appetizing. I drink it both hot and cold without any sweetener. One other delightful thing about this brand is there is always a nice quote or inspirational message on each tea bag tag. I cannot wait to open my teabag each day just to see my message to make me smile.
