What can I do if the image is blurry?

There are 2 main reasons for this problem 1. The probe is dirty - please clean it with a lint-free cloth(take off the lens cap first). 2. The probe is out of the depth of field - please place the probe within the DOF range of 20-100mm.

Has the product used? Why did the system display the previous time?

All of our products are brand new. When you use it for the first time, the time display is the factory set date, you need to follow the instructions to update the date.

Why the probe cannot be rotated to 180 degrees. How to use it correctly?

Please place the snake tube straight, also do not fold and loop when using the borescope with long snake tube. Then the probe can be rotated to 180 degrees even 210 degrees.

How to charge the borescope?

1. Connect the screen with the handle(battery is inside the handle) 2. Use the provided USB-C cable to charge

Why the cable is not strong enough?

There are 2 models, Model Model F606B comes with 3.3ft flexible cable, it fits pefectly for automotive inspection. Another model F606B-S2M comes with 6.6ft Semi-Rigid Cable, fits for more application: plumbing, electrical, ceiling, wall and more.

I love this borescope. Works great looking down cylinders. Hard to see places on vehicles too. Has a very clear screen. So you can see everything and, the rotating camera is a bonus. I use this all the time at work. I would recommend this one at this price range.
