delicious
this is one of my favorite injection liquids for turkey. It makes the bird come out of the smoker very moist and tender with out all the hassle of brining.

Delicious Flavor
I will stick up on this for my large birds. When I cooked a 20lb Turkey, I put just salt and pepper on the cleaned bird and in its cavity along with season complete. Then I injected the whole jar into various places in him. Then, put a whole vidalia onion, a few celery sticks and a stick of butter in the cavity and tied the legs closed. Put in a lightly floured oven bag with a little broth from the smoked Turkey necks, bellpeppers, onions and seasonings I had boiled. I cooked the bird about 4 1/4 hours to ensure done to the bone and nicely browned outside. People RAVED about the flavor of the Turkey. I used all of thjuice from the Turkey bag - made two 32oz mason jars full to make dressing and gravy. NOTHING was left.
