Exercising Made Fun
So glad I ordered this during Prime days! I am terrible at exercising but this makes the experience so much better. It is not loud and very easy to operate. I think everyone can do 20 minutes a day on this. Excellent machine snd worth the money!

Shake and Break
I went to therapy and they started me out on this type of Vibrating Machine. It helps to get your blood circulating. I rather have this one versus the other one without the safety bars. I also like the arm attachments. Great value for the money.
