Organic flour, makes excellent beer bread, am sure healthier than that bleached enriched versions

I have been making waffles using a no oil no dairy mix which became unavailable. I bought Einkorn WW flour to try making my own. I make a big recipe using Elmhurst Milked Oats 1 quart, and 4 cups of flour. I noticed right away that the taste of the waffle was much improved, and it was lighter and more crisp. I really did not realize that it would improve them so much. I make 8 to 10 waffles and freeze them, and the two of us have one, 1/2 each with a tea break, every day. I put lots of raisins in them for sweetness.

Taste great and keeps U full 2X times longer! It’s now my go to bread! As sourdough taste great with avocado spread!

This beautiful wheat makes a delicious loaf as well as a fabulous sourdough loaf. I used einkorn starter as well for the sourdough. We love it!

I have to change my review. After using this a short time I’ve found that I can no longer use it because of the gluten. It’s yummy but unfortunately it bothers my stomach. I’m disappointed I was hoping I found a solution, but I do hope others can eat it who have gluten problems because it really does taste better than regular wheat flour. I’m so glad that I bought Einkorn flour. It’s so nice to be able to eat bread again. I love the taste, I like the quality of the flour, and the biscuits came out really nice. It is organic and that is a must, it is fresh. I’ve only just started working with Einkorn flour so as for it being the same each time, only time will tell. And my baking skills need to improve, but that is not the flours fault, lol. It’s always nice to know that what I’m eating does not have a mountain of chemicals in it and it is healthy. I have a sensitive stomach, normally I cannot eat bread, but I haven’t had a problem or stomachache with this flour.
