I saw someone use these when making sourdough bread and had to try them. They are a must have. They work so great and make it so much easier to get the bread out of the dutch oven without burning yourself.

Makes baking bread so much easier. No more burnt fingers trying to lift a loaf out of a piping hot Dutch oven. Keeps dough from sticking to the pan, also make it a lot easier to remove from the Dutch oven or pan. Great quality, stain resistant, and easy to clean. Love that it’s reusable.

So this was my first go around with sour dough but this made it so easy to use my Dutch ovens and get the bread out. do i need more practice yes but this save my fingers from getting burnt an the bread mainly sticking to the ditch oven . i use parchment paper as well but gain this helps lift it right out.

Nice quality and easy to clean

They work as described. The silicone seems to be heat resistant enough to tolerate a 450 degree bake fit 40 minutes.
