Works great! Tastes better if refrigerated
Others have commented about the taste - but I find that it is better tasting when it's refrigerated. I am prone to getting cold sores, so I used to take the giant L Lysine pills, those are hard to swallow. I like this better. I am not good about taking it daily, but if I take it when I feel something developing on my lip, it almost immediately goes away. I will continue to take this product, and I am also enjoying other Mary Ruth vitamins.

You might want to wait before u leave your house after putting this in your smoothie or water. It works fast.

Horrid tasting
This is absolutely horrid tasting and thick like paste. And a whole tablespoon of it? Gag. I definitely need to return this, it’s atrocious. I was trying to replace large Lysine pills but this isn't it. I normally love Mary Ruth and use so many of their gummies fwiw.
