Game changer for me
This product makes me sleep solid, even if I get up to use the bathroom I can go right back to sleep without laying in bed and wasting hours laying awake. I wake up feeling like I had a good night's sleep. I take it about 30 minutes before bed.

This product does nothing, Nada, zelsh'' After more than a months use I find not one lb difference. What a waste of money and me waiting for poitive results...Just didn't happen. Save your money and search for something that may give positive results

Good sleep
Just had it yesterday. I am surprised that I could sleep all night without waking up like I usually do ( been waking up between 2am-4am for so long time and couldn't go back to sleep). The pill doesn't smell, and so far my stomach is OK. I take it after dinner. Hopefully it'll burn the fat in time before I got bfast. 😀 Will update when I loose weight (my intention).

About this to maintain my weight
I been taking this product for about a week now. I'm not sure if I see any difference. I do take it as directed. But I also haven't had any side effects. For the price of the product, I am not sure if it's working or not. But I also haven't gained any real weight on it. I do fall asleep. I haven't had trouble with sleeping. I do not get any any gitterness from the product. I will continue taking it and give you an update later on when it's been more than a week.
