A great product that I can't buy in the shops near me. Lovely taste and texture and very easy to follow the instructions. I make it into carrot cake muffins, leave a day and they are so good and increase in moistness. Top with the cream cheese frosting.

Great mix!
I love this mix. It is delicious, moist and simple to make. Its my go to cake mix and there is usually an extra box in the pantry for when we get sweet teeth. As an adult i like sweets but i rarely ice this particular cake. I bake it in loaf pans and call it carrot bread :). I like to send loaves to work with hubby.. Affordable treats to share with his office coworkers.
