This bike is a great learning bike. The price point is competitive. The assembly is required, but it’s relatively easy for those with a basic knowledge of a screwdriver. It took about 15 mins to completely assemble. We did have one issue with a damaged component. The customer service team responded consistently with timely follow ups and worked through a solution very quickly. I may be biased because after this service, I’m now a customer for life!!

Do not buy this bike.
We bought this for our grandson at Christmas and he was just now able to ride it as the weather has warmed up. The bike does not work properly. The pedals lock up, the brakes lock up and it's not as tall as stated in the description. We would like a refund.

Sturdy, well built
It was easy to assemble. I would have given 5 stars, but I won’t know how good it really is because it was purchased as a toy donation. It seems to be a great value for the money & very nice looking as well as sturdy.

Quality Starter Bike
This is a well made budget starter bike. I bought it to donate to Toys For Tots. Went together easily.

Find another brand.
Didn’t hold up well for an 8 year. Constantly tightening stuff up like the handle bars. Kick stand wouldn’t stay on since day 2. The only thing you had to do out of the box was as attach the front wheel.
