Great USB C earphones. Crisp Sound Great JBL signature bass. Perfect on budget pair. Con - the wire is made of this material that transferred the sound to the earbuds, more of a rubbing sound of the wire to your clothes, gets irritating when used in quite spaces, doesn't matter in a loud to medium loud environment.

It is a worst product to buy, it won't fit in your ears and it will fall down frequently and the sound quality is worse.

This is a rather well designed, sturdy, wired earphone set with ear pods that fit very snugly into the ears. I purchased this pair of JBL earphones for usage with my iPad. Regrettably, the phones proved to be an utter failure, when connected to my iPad, with low output and low fidelity. But when I tried them on my Samsung Android phone, the performance was immensely satisfying- high fidelity across the sound spectrum. The phone lets you to choose between three kinds of sound output: default/vocal/bass. Music quality is excellent on both default and bass modes. However, there was no guide or manual in the pack that tells you how (to use the buttons on the console) to select between these three sound modes. I had to call up the Harman Company (JBL) call centre to find out the selection process! On the whole a great earphone, but with selective compatibility.

Stopped working after sometime

Literally the worst earphones I have ever used ! Sounds quality started wavering within the first 2 days itself. By the first week it started doing that weird thing where you can't hear anything if your cable is in a weird position and you have to keep adjusting the cable till the sound comes back. By the second week, lost sound completely on one side. And now the microphone isn't working either. Really sucks, because I love JBL and their products are usually great. Maybe type-c earphones are just the worst, because I haven't found a single one that worked well for me. I'm not sure how, but using it also weirdly messed up my audio settings so now I can't do a video call on my system without using earphones. I don't want to blame the earphones for it, but also the problem didn't exist until I used these specific earphones with my laptop. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The only minor drawback is that the earbud tips could be of better quality—they feel a bit soft and may wear out faster than expected. Sometimes the earbud tip can get stuck in the ear and the earphones may fall out, which shows the tip quality could be better. Other than that, everything else about these headphones is excellent. Overall, these are reliable, stylish, and high-quality wired headphones, ideal for daily listening, calls, and commuting.

Stopped working exactly after one year. I thought to claim warranty but they said have a nice day. Sound and built quality is average. I would consider it expensive. If you are not looking for only wired earphone then there are plenty of devices which are way better.

310C is pretty impressive given its only 29 bucks

Perfect gift that I’ve bought to myself 😊 I wanted simple but good quality headphones. I didn’t want to buy bluetooth ones I intentionally bought wired type 😊 They work great, no cord tangling, no sound problems all perfect.
