It's been in the market for a while now and yet it feels like a beta test to be frank. The reset function doesn't work half of the time, moving pieces to the wrong locations. The pressure pads on the squares are a bit finicky at times, taking you out of the experience. Having to connect the phone to the board all the time to have any sort of usability on such a huge device that's expensive is a bit silly to be frank. Would've loved to just quick start a game with just the board AI.

This product never worked. This beating noise is supposed to be a common problem, and there is a video solution for it on its website. However, the fix doesn't work. All you get is a loud chess board that vibrates the pieces all over the place. And their customer service is beyond frustrating. They have a Miko Chat Bot, who just puts you in a loop. There is no phone number, nothing else other than a horrible automated chat bot. I spent 2/3 of a day trying to get this thing to work, and trying every which way to contact them. Their customer service is beyond horrible, its flat out non-existent. There is no customer service. All I can say is do not buy this junk product. It is horrible, and even if yours does work when it comes in unlike mine, good luck ever getting support from them. You can enjoy their loop in the miko chat with their bot where he puts you in a loop requesting your name and contact information endless times.

This is EPIC!! It took a minute to get it all set up and connected to the app but the process was smooth and everything works exactly as promoted. It’s mesmerizing and so very cool. Definitely the best Christmas gift I’ve found in a long time. Love it!

I got this for my son for Christmas and it is way more impressive in person. Worth every penny. Pieces slice quickly, resets itself. Easy to set up and so much fun. Does make a little sound when pieces are moving but it’s just the gears or what ever is inside it of it moving. Easy set up, easy to connect to the app. It’s heavy and stunning. Great job!!
