A go to dry rub for chicken. We’ve even used it for a marinade. So good!

Spicy and delicious! I was surprised to receive it in a normal plastic spice container and not a bag like it is shown in the images. I used this with a honey powder to get a hot and sweet flavor and it is so much better than anything I have tried to make on my own at home. If you don't like spicy hot, this isn't for you. I like a bit of heat and I was surprised that it was higher heat than I go for, but I was perfectly OK with it. Made my lips burn a bit. I just reordered a second time, everyone here loves this dust.

I probably should have watched how much of this I used on my batch of wings, but I am so used to things being advertised as "hot" only to be disappointed and them being more on the mild side. So I used a generous amount of the rub on the wings and all I can say is that in a word, they were HOT. And this is coming from someone that loves hot and spicy food. The flavor was excellent but because I used as much seasoning as I did, the wings were extremely hot. So next time I try it, I will definitely dial it back a bit so I still get the flavor, but a little more scaled back version of the heat.

We do wings on our Traeger and in the air fryer. The wing dust makes them both great. I like heat on my wings and was surprised how much my wife LOVES this on her wings. You can add as much or as little to your wings. The first time we used it I think I over did it. Literally sweating on the first bite. Wife still loved it and we've been getting the right amount to add the last couple times. As hot as you want and great flavor!
