The Melissa & Doug routine chart has been a great way to normalize a bedtime routine for our toddler. My toddler loves pointing to the chart, flipping the animals and completing the tasks. She now knows it is part of bedtime and it has helped us make visual the nighttime routine for our LO. The material is heavy, durable, and well-made. The magnet is strong. It takes my toddler effort to flip the animals, which I appreciate. The colors of the animals and background scene are vibrant. I love the 2 sides (one for daytime which we don’t use yet, and one for nighttime). I also love the little kickstand on the bottom so you can stand up the chart on a table or dresser. The price can’t be beat.

My son really enjoys flipping each tab after completing a task—it’s such a fun and engaging way to introduce routines to children. It also helps reinforce action verbs like “time to brush your teeth” and “all done,” which is great for language development. The chart includes both morning and evening routines, and it can either stand on its own or be hung on the wall. Personally, I find it works best placed on a table or laid flat. If you hang it, your child might lift it while flipping the tabs, which could cause it to come off the hook or nail. Overall, it's a cute and helpful tool for building daily habits!

This has been a wonderful addition to my 2 yr olds nighttime routine. We really haven’t gotten around to using the daytime side much but the nighttime side is used every night to prepare for bed. He loves the ownership of checking the items off himself, it’s easy for him to do at under 2.5 yrs old. And having visuals helps him to see and predict the routine. If I had feedback for Melissa and doug, it would be to make this somehow customizable. As a former teacher, I always love to ability to make something unique and specific to children. However, for the quality and reasonable low cost, this was definitely worth it. I’ve sent to many of my mom friends who have also purchased. Great for travel too for reminding your kiddo of nighttime routines even away from home.

My child had been struggling with establishing a consistent routine, and I bought this checklist in an effort to help encourage waking and bedtime routines in preparation for school starting soon. This has been one of the most helpful tools in teaching routines and actually staying consistent. The board is sturdy, colorful, and appealing to my child. One side of the board has morning and the other has bedtime checklists. It has a small cord to be able to either hang the board on the wall, and it also has a little foot stand option to just allow the board to stand up. I cannot brag on this checklist toy enough! I wish I would have purchased it sooner!

Cute. Works well. Just wish the task completion wasn’t on string but something easier to flip up and down as needed. I can do it but my toddler can’t, and we bought this to help him learn routine and independence, so having to help him move everything isn’t ideal but he’s getting better at it and not giving up when “it tuck” (stuck). He’s 2.5 so still young for it but I don’t wish maybe there was slide option over strings

Love it daughter uses it all the time keeps her on track. And it helps when she goes off course. Solid wood construction very durable appearance is nice fun and colorful. The flipping of the pucks can be a little loud because they kind of slap against the wooden frame but if you do it gently, it’s fine.

Perfect for bedtime routines. Easy to use, fun to view, toddler loves to do his “checklist” and it helps with going to bed

My kids absolutely love this! It’s a great way to get them excited about getting ready for bed and for the day. My two and four year old can easily flip to get their stars and know exactly what task each one is. Great chart for littles.

Unsere Rettung! Die fast Dreijährige hat sich morgens und abends so quer gestellt. Ich habe regelmäßig Nervenzusammenbrüche erlitten. Nun nutzen wir diese schöne und stabile Holztafel und legen am Abend schon die Kleidung für den nächsten Morgen raus. Gott bin ich froh, dass es nun endlich entspannter läuft. Die fast Sechsjährige nutzt es auch gerne. Vermutlich würde selbst ein Erwachsener sich gerne mit einem Sternchen pro geleisteter Sache belohnen. 😅 Von Melissa and Doug haben wir noch die Holz-Eisdiele. Absolutes Lieblingsspielzeug seit nun fast drei Jahren. Haben wir auch schon mehrfach verschenkt. Dann haben wir mal ein Lenkrad auf dem Flohmarkt entdeckt. Auch ein Renner hier. Preislich liegt es etwas höher. Man kann zu den Prime Tagen Geld sparen.

Has helped tremendously with bedtime and morning responsibilities, the illustrations are cute and the excitement of getting a “star” after completing a task has helped smooth out mornings and bed time

Me encanta! Lo tenemos desde hace dos semanas y hemos conseguido seguir todos los días las rutinas sin las peleas que teníamos antes! Además tiene varios idiomas, no hay porque tenerlo colgado ya que se mantiene de pie y es muy colorido.
