Perfect cartridges - i bought the cheap ones and they didnt work - ordered these installed them and they were recognised by the printer and were off printing again Lesson learned only buy HP products

I returned the red cartridge only as it was faulty and received a refund in full which is now being recalled I think this is inappropriate The remaining 3 cartridges have all work fine DS

Après 2 jours d utilisation, le noir, magenta et bleu fonctionnent très bien mais le jaune a eu du mal et n était pas reconnu par l imprimante. J'ai dû frotter la puce avec 1 coton tige et elle a été reconnue. Par contre, l appli Hp sur mon ordi affichait les 3 couleurs reconnues avec 1 niveau d encre plus bas que la moitié et 4 jours après, Hp me les affiche pleine. Donc les 4 cartouches fonctionnent bien il n'y a pas d arnaque et c'est Hp qui m avait induit en erreur au début. Tout est ok et je recommande ce pack !!! :-)
