This is a quality timing belt kit. Everything worked great. Looks good. Got my nephew's car back on the road and he's happy. No complaints at all.

Purchased this product October 2024. Installed November 2024. Tensioner failed October 2025 just outside the warranty. See images. Fortunately the loose parts inside the timing cover made noise. If I hadn't heard noise from inside the timing cover, I would have driven the car until the engine scattered. Spend the extra money and purchase from your local parts store and send this Chinese made male bovine excrement back to them. Labor involved and potential cost from failure are not worth the savings.

With less than 1000 miles after installing this kit the timing belt tensioner spring included in the kit snapped. The piece that snapped fell down and gouged my belt. This is the second critical component I bought from a-premium that has failed or caused an issue. First, the catifold I bought and received from them came with an incomplete weld which an exhaust leak in the engine bay will allow exhaust fumes in into the hvac system, like it did for me, which can result in a deadly situation Second, the timing belt tensioner spring broke which could possibly have grenaded my engine. I'll have to get a new spring and belt to see if my engine is toast or not. Thanks A-premium. Maybe you should stick to making window regulators and mirrors.

Nice kit fit perfectly with it needed to do the water pump and timing belt

Wouldn't not recommend using the tensioner bolt this kit comes with. Used this on my 1.7l 05 civic. The tensioner bolt is too long it bottomed out and pulled out the threads. Had to drill,tap it and use heli coil. So far it's working tho

After some months every thing will be Damaged And leads to engine breakage, I had to change the engine due to the failure of the tensioner, which led to the jumping of the time belt and the breakage of the valves
