Beautiful
I bought this for a window in my bathroom and it is really pretty. The sun comes up on that side of the house so in the morning there are rainbows all over the bathroom. It was also easy to install.

Not bad
Not too bad. You can still kinda see inside during the day if it’s not super sunny and you get close to the window which I don’t love (even if I don’t have any lights on inside.) But it’s mostly effective. This pic was taken on a sunny day so it’s solid! I’d recommend putting down the blinds/drawing the curtains on gloomier days. It definitely cools the apartment down as well so overall I’m happy with the purchase.

Beautiful window film!
I purchased for my bathroom window. It's easy to apply when you follow directions. It adheres to the window good and can withholding steamy showers without problems. It comes with everything needed: a small spray bottle, utility knife, and smoothing tool (if you're doing a big job you will need a bigger spray bottle). This is a very pretty pattern and when the sun hits the film the colors that display are so pretty. It's like looking at a color prism. I wish I had a big privacy window that I could use this on and just stare at. This film is truly captivating. **Update and helpful hints** I'm noticing that many purchasers are experiencing hardship getting the back to peel off. If you put a piece of tape on both sides of the film and pull them apart as it states in the instructions, it will pull apart easy. Also, using water with a couple drops of dish detergent (I used Dawn) does make the film adhere to the window. Shake the mixture gently so as not to make it sudsy. Apply spray over entire area of window to be covered. It's best to cut film with a bit of an overlap to the window size and then do the trimming with the razor tool while using the red edging tool to cut along where the window meets the frame. Smoothing is best if going from the middle out to the edges. The film will slide if you don't hold it firm to the window while trimming. It is going on two months since applying the film and it is still clinging to the window perfectly. It has been exposed to a steamy conditions from showering, hot temperatures in the 90s and direct sunlight. The only thing I cannot speak on at this time is coldness from winter weather. The privacy is great from the outside looking in. I have even turned the light on at night and went outside to look in to see if I could see in, and it provided a hazy distorted type of privacy where you cannot make out details of objects inside. I get many compliments from visitors on this film. Come winter, I will update again on how it holds up to a cold window.

Easy installation
We used this to put on our storm door on the front of the house and it is great. You can tell a big difference on the sun coming through. Application was also very easy and simple.

No privacy at night!
Easy to use definitely easy to cut stickings is wonderful no heat loss into it. The thickness of the film was wonderful. Fits perfectly fine on my patio door. I just put it on today right after I got this package shipping and delivery was perfectly fine. Everything was good until the next day! I realize that I can see thru at night .

Would buy again
It is really pretty, and has vibrant colors. I like how consistent and contrasted the colors are with saturation. it's beautiful whenever the sunlight shines through. The downfall: a frustrating installation process (slid around the whole time), it lifting up at the edges, requiring a team effort for a large window, and despite grabbing two entirely new rolls from the seller- none of the patterns match up to make it seamless (no matter how you place the tints print). Otherwise, I can talk and say I would probably buy this again. Compared to other Sellers and reviews with various prints on amazon, they seem to be the better one. I liked how friendly and easy going the instructions were and the fact that the seller cared enough to include insulation pieces with detailed instructions (no squeegee tho). It was good for the price and arrived quickly as well. for a window that lets in excessive sunlight, it is absolutely perfect and overall I'm happy with the purchase. Also, I have a little one at home and knowing that the material it's made with is a safer alternative compared to other tints out there, makes me feel a little bit better about the purchase too

Not super rainbow, but still super cute
The privacy film is super cute. I’d like to start with the caveat which is it doesn’t give a super rainbow effect, and I did put it in my high sun windows, but it does give a little bit. If you do want a cute privacy film mainly for the privacy part though, then this is a great product for that. I ended up cutting it into some shapes and adhered it to my windows for some whimsy in my kitchen and when it gets the right sun rays hitting it, it will give a small amount of rainbow in the kitchen. Overall I do like the product and I think it’s good for apartments and such if you live on the first floor or low enough people can see into your windows. The print is also extremely cute, I love the flower patterns.

Was easy to apply and remove. Effect is similar to the blur of frosted glass, but prettier.
I got this for our sidelight window because I wanted some privacy without blocking the light. I wasn’t sure what to expect, so I did a test patch on another window to see how the application and removal would go. Since I wasn’t working within a specific area, I just cut out a small section, which was really easy with regular scissors. I cleaned the window first, then used the spray bottle to apply the “soapy water”. I wasn’t exactly sure what that meant, so I just added a drop or two of dish soap to the bottle, and it worked fine. I applied the cut-out to the window, but as I scraped out the excess water and bubbles with the included squeegee, it kept moving, so I had to hold it in place with my other hand. Next time, I’ll probably just use tape to keep it steady. Overall, the process didn’t take very long at all, and it looked great when finished. As for removing it, I left the cling on for over two weeks, and it was super easy to take off. It gives almost the same effect as frosted glass, but it’s much prettier and more decorative. I didn’t expect it to blur the view so much, so once I apply this to my sidelight window, I won’t be able to see my porch anymore. To solve that problem, I’m going to leave a small cut-out so I can still see who’s at the door! When we built our house, we installed frosted glass windows in our bathroom for privacy, but in hindsight, I would have just used this over a regular window instead. Overall, this does exactly what I wanted: keeps people from seeing into my house while still letting the light through, and looks so pretty while doing it. I think it’s such an easy and cost-effective way to add a little privacy to windows without making permanent changes, so I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. Thanks for reading! I hope this was helpful. 😊

Easy to apply and read here for a tip to help!
We have a window in a bathroom that, unfortunately, looks into the neighbours window. I was excited to this privacy film to see if it would help us feel more comfortable using it. The privacy window film comes with a roll of film and inside the tube you will also fine a mini squeegee, an empty spray bottle and a retractable exacto knife. I did find that I needed our self-healing cutting board and a ruler to help cut the film, so if you don't have one keep this in mind. Placing the film on the window was surprisingly easy! It naturally grabs onto the window and I easily could remove and adjust as much as I needed. I used my hands first to make sure it was sitting where I wanted it to. I even trimmed some parts because my measurement was off (careful not to scratch the window) and it truly looks fantastic! I'm so impressed how easy it was to apply. One tip I will give is peeling the back off the film was VERY challenging. So I grabbed two pieces of tape and put one on either side of one of the corners. When I pulled away the tapes apart they held onto their piece easily removing the backing from the film! (this worked EVERY time and I peeled about five pieces!). We also put this on the window at our front door as we have a very long window that people look into. We went outside and it DOES give so much privacy!! You can still tell if someone has the light on or off and maybe see some shadows inside but you can not see any details.

Rainbows, Privacy, and a Dose of DIY Fun!
Installing the Rainbow Window Privacy Film was honestly more delightful than I’d expected—I finally slapped it up on my entryway window after procrastinating, and wow, the effect is stunning! The 3D rainbow vibes really do their magic, transforming basic sunlight into a living, ever-shifting light show. Trimming it to fit my super-narrow window took a steady hand and a bit of patience, but let’s be real, that’s part of the DIY journey, right? The payoff is worth it: my nosy neighbors are now expertly foiled, and my entryway looks about ten times cooler. One of the coolest things here is the non-adhesive static cling—no sticky mess, totally removable, and apparently it can be reused if I ever redecorate or move. I’m not about to do a five-year product test, but the manufacturer says it holds up and keeps the dazzling effect for ages, which is good news for commitment-phobes. Plus, with the bonus tools thrown in and all that UV/glares protection, this film is more than just a pretty face. Plants get their glow, my skin gets some extra love, and maybe—just maybe—my energy bills get a little friendlier. If you fancy a window that pulls double duty with privacy and pizzazz, this one totally fits the bill.
