I ordered this hoping it would be a less expensive version of the Nordic balms that are so trendy right now and I am kind of blown away at how quickly it changed my skin…..literally within hours! 3days later and my acne is completely gone. I shoulda taken pictures. I also rarely write reviews but I had to share cause I know this could help someone else. I have very sensitive skin and mine emphatically said yes to this product the minute it touched my skin. Definitely will purchase again! Thank you!

I like to use salves vs a regular lotion on healing tattoos, so I got this, which was like some of the fancy "tattoo" balms, but not marketed that way (and less expensive, I might note). this is quite like a salve I have made myself--but I didn't have the time to make it, so I got this instead. It's a small container, and the forearm tattoo I was using this on has used up half of the little jar, but that's fine. It's a smooth balm, good for as a barrier too, and it has been fantastic for this--tattoo barely peeled and this even calmed down the crazy itching phase. I would love it more if it actually smelled like frankincense, but I know some people prefer fragrance free. But this has been absolutely fantastic and would also make a good healing salve for other conditions, including sunburn (which I feel like is the closest comparison to a healing tattoo). These balms are high quality, well-made, healing and very useful in a number of situations. the ingredients are well-chosen with a good blend of anything you might need.

(UPDATE BELOW...) I hadn't seen this type of product in years so I was happy to find it here when I purchased it. The original one I had used years back, different brand, was very creamy in texture and had its dark appearance and its certain unique smell... however, to compare, this one is similar in first appearance but, difference is it is 'grainy' to the touch, although it is dark in appearance and has the typical smell, it goes on more like oil and sand. I'm not impressed and wouldn't recommend this brand because of the consistency. Hoping it will still work as good. UPDATE: I bought this product because it was great for burns, to remove the pain quickly. I did actually get to use it (unfortunately burned some fingers and thumb) and to my happy surprise, it did actually work as expected. I still don't care for the grainy texture, would rather it be more creamy and smooth, but in the end, it worked and that was the important part. I increased the stars to 4 (loss 1 star due to grainy texture), but overall, it did work for what I needed it for.

I had originally stumbled across this product in the attempt to find a version of icthammol more amiable than the ointment. Full disclosure I am an herbalist, but only hobby at this point. I've spent years crafting various quality salves for my own personal use, but find less and less time to do that in my current career. When I saw this was a small business and they had an amazing sampler of their salves. I was all in! I got the sampler! For the price WOW! The icthammol drawing salve is a wonder. It will stain as pine tar does but won't leave you a sticky icky mess. It's creamy!! I never thought I'd see icthammol creamy (2nd pic shows) 🤣🤣 The other salves have proven useful daily since they arrived! Packaging and labeling was lovely. Sea buckthorn is my new go to for hives! These are high quality. They pay attention to Temp when making....no weird separation of ingredients or little oil balls. Also an indication of good quality ingredients. These are very light to nearly unscented which is also good. I do like salves with lots of smelly EO's, but my boyfriend who has to sleep next to me does not. 😅 These go on smooth and as advertised to really help with whatever ails ya. Definitely will be stocking up again as I use up the samples, but they are generously sized at 1 Oz and should last a while! Support this small business! Herbalist life is hard but worth it and they are definitely doing it right :)

I was so excited to receive this product after using the Lansinoh lanolin nipple balm on my lips and noticing a significant difference. I put some on as soon as it arrived! I splurged on this item but I truly can’t get passed the very natural farm/barn smell. It’s not a bad smell but it’s very strong and I wouldn’t be ok using it around others. Definitely not city living friendly haha I’m giving it a 3 star only because of the strong farm/barn smell and not the quality of the product itself. I did see a review regarding the smell but I’m new to the lanolin space so wasn’t really sure what to expect. Again, not a bad smell, just very strong and not practical for my needs.

I found I had a splinter embedded in my finger, just behind the nail. This resulted in a lot of swelling and irritation. I tried several other products, that had multiple ingredients mixed with herbs, and they just seemed to irritate rather than help. I used this - applied it with a cotton swab, wrapped finger in gauze and put tape to hold it. I left it on about 12 hours and found 80% improvement! I then repeated this and left it on while I slept. The next morning we were at 100%. The natural products, made with good old USA ingenuity are the best!!

It worked for me ! Thanks for my dad for telling me to use it. A pièce of wood was stuck inside of my feet for 3 Weeks. I Received the jar monday, its not friday and after putting it with a bandaid each day, finally was able to get this piece of wood out !!! I tought it wont work but Im so happy that I gave it a try.

Misleading title. I understand why it's called a different item but they made it sound like you were getting 2. Very overpriced for just one.

Had a pimple which was supposed to show a month ago and it did not . LOL, drove me crazy, so I got this one and the next day the pimple was gone without getting white or anything like that. It smells so so bad, but it works. It works better if you cover it with a bandaid. I suggest not using it at the night time as the smell is so strong and it stains so bad so you bedsheet would ruin. I only wish the packaging was a quarter of this size as you only need a tiny dot and if the price was lower I would have purchased it long long time ago.
