I love this formulation, and the little red pills are tiny!! Considering how little micrograms are it is nice to see vitamin companies who don't just pack it with filler so dumb people think they're getting what they pay for.These are lovely coenzymated vitamins that are highly bioavailable, potent, work great, have no weird vitamin taste, don't upset my stomach, and it's easy to swallow.

Was informed I needed to supplement folate, this seems to be doing the trick. I am less tired and my levels are back up to a normal level.

I like this very much. I got this for my tween and decided to try myself. I didn’t want to risk it flushing out any medication’s as other B vitamins can. So far so good which I don’t know if that’s due to the methylation or the lower amount of other supplements but either way I am grateful.

Excellent, small pills, have no taste. They go down easy and help with my low vitamin B12 issues. This company is highly recommended by my medical treatment team and so I buy from life extension only for my vitamins, except for one vitamin they don't sell. The pills are well made, and well formulated and they are really good about voluntarily testing their products (as vitamins don't undergo FDA testing in the US) and they are involved in studies to ensure efficacy and quality control. I have had no side effects on this vitamin. I don't feel much effect, but my B12 levels are better according to my GP.
